While I think "The Two Towers" is a great film, it is definitely the weakest of the trilogy. It simply lacks some of the magic of the original and some of the decisive nature of the last one. "Mickey 17" is not Bong Joon-Ho's best work. Not by a long shot. It has it's moments, but doesn't stick the landing. To start with the good, Robert Pattinson as Mickey Barnes was a top tier choice. His timid, unlikely hero take on Mikey is likable, funny, and shows his range as an actor. I also like Mark Ruffalo's character, although I would've liked to see more expansion on him.
