Out of the all movies in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, "The Return of the King" is the best of the bunch. It just is. "Mickey 17" is not Bong Joon-Ho's best work. Not by a long shot. It has it's moments, but doesn't stick the landing. To start with the good, Robert Pattinson as Mickey Barnes was a top tier choice. His timid, unlikely hero take on Mikey is likable, funny, and shows his range as an actor. I also like Mark Ruffalo's character, although I would've liked to see more expansion on him.
