This movie was a very different film than what I was expecting. What I assumed to be a POV drama of a pilot’s life, turned out to be a very honest, front row seat to one of life’s omnipresent demons (not telling as to not give it away!).
Wowow. Incredible performances by the entire cast— Denzel crushes it, per usual.

Exceptionally raw; demanding of its audience to answer challenging questions about ‘the moral code.’ A standing ovation to Amy Ryan for an incredible performance.
Not only was I dripping with intrigue, but I found myself fighting alongside the characters, revealing a new layer of thoughts and feelings about this film’s central message.
And this was Ben Affleck’s directorial DEBUT?!
