Wasted potential. Never seen a movie start so captivatingly and end so poorly.
First 40 minutes/First Act was so refreshing for a 21st century horror movie and had the wrong idea of where I thought the movie was going. Was a few interesting bits of camerawork to spin a misleading narrative and implemented sinisterness to an “either or” character / scenario.
Unfortunately the quality declined steadily after that first act I was interested to see where they were taking it…
