Double viewing with Son of the Mask has my head pounding I won't lie. Would, indeed, kill a caveman.

Jesus fucking christ. Caught between ascending and devastatingly trapped in my body. Some abhorrent CGI/body horror on display here that had us groaning in dismay, truly Renesmee walked so Mask Baby could sprint directly at me oh God OH GOD
The best part of the movie is when they accidentally make the Adrien's Dead Mum ghost model like 2 feet taller than Gabriel so it makes her look fucking huge
Maybe I'll come back and write a 3 thousand word essay on the emotional impact this had on me, seeing this final farewell to the SPUM-Verse in an absolutely barren cinema on a Friday evening with some of my closest friends and a schooner of beer, trying to muffle my manic laughter at the ridiculous decisions flayed out before me to try and be considerate of the only two (2) other people in that entire sea of seating... but in case I don't, I leave you with this:
