Ok I have been giving some thought to this.
It’s dumb. It only appears not dumb because it’s beautifully shot, the colours and lighting is lovely.
But it’s so dumb. The father cares absolutely zero for his son. He buys the sex apartment where his son dies not to be closer to his son but closer to the sex room he had with his son’s fiancée.
