Sharp Objects 2018
One of my favorite shows to date and also one of my favorites to rewatch - though I can’t bring myself to very often due to how heavy it can be. One of the best depictions I’ve ever seen of generational trauma and how we externalize or internalize anger. I love a small town murder mystery, the setting for this plus the cinematography were a perfect combination. I have too many thoughts on this show to put here - but it’s beautifully written and acted and I think everyone who can handle very intense subject matter should watch it.
