  This was wild at times. It offered up some great laughs and poked fun at Hollywood's habit of sometimes overplaying American participation in historical events.

  Overall though it was very thin, the premise was stretched for the short run time. And the gags did dry up a bit towards the end. But worst of all was seeing some of Britain's comedy greats like Vic and Bob being so poorly used.

  Still had fun with it though.

  This film is hard as nails. From the moment he had a bare knuckle fight with a car I knew it was going to be a hell of a ride. The violence and fights in this are are not so much the slick fast paced overly choreographed ones you see in most films, they are slower and more deliberate but at the same time really brutal and also quite shocking and disturbing.

  This film seemed to have a certain charm to it. Hopkins' Munro is an extremely likeable old lad, you cant help but cheer him on. He bumps into some great characters along the way also. Good film really enjoyed it!
