I imagine the book is a better read than the actual movie.
Good acting all round let down by a bad script
A movie that I kept expecting some twist or something exciting to happen that never actually happened. The murderer reveal was too early and should have been kept till later in film to keep us guessing.

We needed more screen time for Gorr to tell a better story rather than focus on Thor and Jane. How you have a villain called the God Butcher but we never seen him kill or butcher anyone other than in the opening scenes just makes no sense. We see Thor kill as many Gods as Gorr

A crime gangsta film that just didn’t have enough crime in it, it focused more on the storytelling of a father trying to reconnect with his son after 16 years in prison and neglected what genre of film it actually was.
