I couldn't tell if I liked the movie. Anyone who has seen it would understand. I assumed "Emma" was John's split personality's version of his mom capable of a dark side which is why Emma urged Maggie to take Jake to a safer place once Emma saw the flash go off the camera and tapped into John's memory. Cillian Murphy did an amazing job with both roles truly giving each character their own personality.

The Intern was easy feel good comedy; a good go to movie to end the night on a light note.
Robert De Niro plays a proper older gentleman with classic Emily Post etiquette. Robert observes a young CEO, Anne Hathaway, go through her life a mile a minute to keep up with her rapidly successful e-commerce business. She sacrifices her home life, with her husband in agreement, to pursue her ambitious dreams. De Niro's calm and wise demeanor is what Anne needs in her life to take a step back to refocus herself on how she handles her relationships and the future of her business.

What makes the movie a 3 star was Christian Thompson's story line and Andy's sympathy for Miranda.
