This movie is absolute fire actually. Is it good? No. Is it a good adaptation of a videogame? Kind of, not entirely. Is this exactly what an incredibly young me in 2014 wanted for pretty much 9 years since then? Yes.

Greatest adaptation of a book I've ever seen and one of my favourite movies ever, amazing music from Eurythmics and such a chilling tone. Every actor does amazingly, especially Richard Burton as O'Brien.
The best scenes are undoubtedly the ones between Winston Smith and O'Brien, all of the scenes in the Ministry of Love are absolutely incredible. You feel nothing but sheer dread the moment that the voice over the tele-screen repeats Winston's and Julia's line.
Truly a masterpiece just…
