I’ve always wanted a horror movie with the creepy monkey from Toy Story 3.
This one’s a high 3 1/2, almost 4 stars for me. The movie was a really fun watch! A lot funnier than I thought it would be and I really liked that. It has some nice gory kills. Some looked a little hokey, but I mean it’s like a slasher movie, they are supposed to be hokey. I do kinda wish there were some more scary parts…

Hugh Grant is a great villain in this. The movie has some good suspenseful and intense scenes. It’s also got a few unexpected comedic parts that I enjoyed and thought were pretty funny. Like Hugh’s impression of Jar Jar Binks or him singing Creep by Radiohead. It seemed like I was the only one to really think they were funny in the theater, but ya know that’s showbiz. It’s a really interesting movie and makes you think a lot. Overall a good watch and a good horror movie about religion.
