Silent Night 2023
There’s a surface-level reading of this film that would make render it a pretty problematic movie (i.e. white man goes on vengeful, undiscerning murder rampage against Mexican gangs), and I honestly wouldn’t blame anyone for having that reading.
I saw the complete opposite. This is a film depicting the terror that bourgeois Americans can and are emboldened to unleash upon lower-class communities when their problems bleed into suburbia.
