The Green Inferno 2013
Terrible movie. The cringy dialogue was bad enough, but the atrocious line delivery of the actors made it stick out even more. It's probably a good time if you're into gore for gore's sake and shock value.

A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night 2014
I was expecting a horror flick about vampires, but what I got was something more deep and discerning. It is definitely slow but more than makes up for it with engaging drama and moody visuals.

It had an interesting premise that was poorly executed. CGI ants, CGI monster. Every scare was predictable and had no edge to them. The awkward acting did the movie no favors as well.

Don't Move 2024
This was a frustrating watch. It had all the elements of a fun thriller, but I found it full of hits and misses. As soon as the movie does something interesting, it falls back to relying on the tropes of a generic thriller.
On a more positive note, Finn Wittrock looks to be having the time of his life in this. He kind of reminds me of Nicholas Hoult, and steals every scene he’s in. I can’t wait to see more of his work.
All in all, it does have its moments, but it lacks confidence.
