  Ok, I’m actually gonna review the movie…

  If you know Brooklyn, specifically the Coney Island/Brighton Beach area, you know it’s Russian community. This film was painfully accurate in that sense. The juxtaposition between the film’s beginning and ending left my stomach in knots (arguably a good feeling!) I was nervous this was going to be a cheap movie following an exotic dancer/sex worker produced purely for the entertainment of men, but I was wrong. Despite her living, she wasn’t no bitch… respect 💯
