  [LFF 2024] Was really looking forward to this one but was ultimately disappointed; visually and contextually nothing we haven’t seen before in other docs or shows about animal care and sound amplified with limited effect. There are moments where the zookeeper’s personal relationships with each animal start to emerge, but they aren’t given the time or the dialogue to truly develop. Without anything emotional or practical to cling to, I found myself a little bored.

  [LFF 2024] I do not love everyone in these reviews (/in the cinema) acting like they’ve done an act of charity by watching the story of what most people do every day of their lives. 
  I found this film extremely slow and the characters without any real spirit, which to me isn’t accurate and is possibly quite insulting. I don’t regret seeing it but I don’t really know that I got anything from it.
