was battling intermittent waves of nausea the entire time i was watching this due to eating magic mushrooms. so strange and disturbing but also very important and powerful. beautiful and upsetting.

The Shape of Water 2017
so tender it hurts. absolutely gorgeous film— visually and emotionally. there is something so sensual about water, so important about finding someone who sees you entirely, including ehat you may perceive as flaws, and loved you not just in spite of them, but because of them. so inspiring, so sweet, magical and whimsical and hopeful and beautiful. i will never forget this movie
