  Beautiful, just a beautiful—bittersweet, funny, gut-wrenching film. Dolly is ever charming and a complete doll, Julia is just a sweetheart and Sally delivers a performance that makes me annoyed she never received an Oscar nomination for this.

  I wasn’t a huge Elvis fan going into this movie but boy was i blown away by the talent that is Austin Butler. He shone onscreen and pulled me into the movie with each scene, wether it be him yelling or singing, or crying, i was enthralled the entire time. It’s sparked something inside of me that has created a life full of Austin and his projects and Elvis and his movies and life. Fantastic performance, i think i’ve seen it over a hundred times.
