Mickey 17 2025
Initial contentment came from the core concept of the movie, and Bong brought that to life through Pattinson's amazing acting, but left the theatre feeling not entirely satisfied.
The concept I loved, the story was interesting, the acting was nothing short, but I think the style difference between the Korean movie scene and Hollywood stopped this movie from becoming another Parasite.

Starts out so strong with great aesthetics, ambience, acting, and set-up, then turns into a B-rated film with tacky one-liner jokes, unrealistic plot holes, and the typical circlejerk Japan hatred
(not that I condone any of the atrocities Japan committed in the past, just really hate these factory pumped out movies on the subject over and over again)
