i either bawl over sad taiwanese films or flinch at thriller horror films, theres no in between.

i finally understood a yeosiewhua film…. i think… felt like it was 2 movies in 1, but overall really like the different cameras (cctv, handycam, actual cam etc)
its giving rear window vibes… but opposite bc of that 1 window w the 1 lady and 1 guy in a wheelchair… idk
but 空氣很重要
this is the first movie assigned for chinese cinema that i could understand lol
i like how the word 'Durian' has a double meaning in Cantonese, accurately depicting what is going on in the film. Also, Fruit Chan's use of non-professionals to act, helped make it more relatable and 亲民.
