Platoon 1986
This was the last in the big three Vietnam movies for me to watch and I thought it was pretty good, I really liked how they made each soldier feel like a person in this movie which is something I think most war movies lack (besides Full Metal Jacket and All Quiet on the Western Front) I especially liked how they wrote the main character. The death of Dafoe brought me out of it cause it was so over the top but I liked this movie. My rankings of the big three would be, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, and then this movie.
