I’ve stopped and started over writing this five times. Matthew Rhys and the guy from Velvet Goldmine are Jessica Lange’s homicidally insane adult sons, and they play it sort of like gay punk acrobats? Alan Cumming has white leopard print lapels and it doesn’t stand out. There’s a lot happening in this play to begin with and they make the source material look restrained. I will be thinking about this film for a long time.
