  A love letter to Florida Man. It's the wonderful life of a vagabond stoner without the noxious cautionary tale. The Beach Bum is the best stoner comedy that's been released in a while.   Raimi’s fingerprints are on this guy which makes me happy. He’s back and I hope he’s got something in the works! (I think all they said was “mystical book of evil” and he signed on). But, watching this while EEAAO is still in theaters is like drinking some Dr Thunder (with a few crushed ice cubes) while there’s a cold six pack of Dr Pepper in the fridge. All of the horror stuff goes hard and OF COURSE (minor spoiler)…
