  A lot of the silly worked for me a lot of it didn’t. The pacing was all over and random, Robert Pattinson is fantastic! Weird random ADR funky stuff, it just seemed a bit all over. I loved so much of it, iffy on so much of it. 3/5

  The Accountant 2016

  Hey this was really fun and made me want to see a sequel. It’s been a long time since a movie so naturally made me want to see more of the world it set up. It is kinda interesting how the plotline I assume the sequel follows just simply - doesn’t get a conclusion -. Affleck is great, Bernthal is great for the little bits he has. It plays a lot like like the first 3 episodes of a show. If the action was shot a bit better or inventive I think it might’ve ranked up higher. Excited for the new one. 3.5/5

  Party pooper here. Love all of the material that it’s presenting to the big screen, the songs are fantastic and the actors chemistry with one another really sells the story and brings you closer than the stage play could. Unfortunately, it looks like the way it does. I tried to stuff it down and just enjoy it, but I couldn’t, every music sequence is shot with as much style as a news broadcast. Everything is so flat, things are thrown…

  Ah, so close to being good. Loved the first bits, grounded action spy thriller? Winter soldier at home vibes with some brutally fun action scenes. Then like, it builds and builds to a reveal we all new from the first trailer. The ending feels ripped from a different movie, it starts to tumble then falls off a cliff for me. It’s a shame because if they took the ending in a different direction I think it would’ve been a much better film. 3/5
