This was the worst film I have seen in a long time. The character development was non existent. It almost felt like a box ticking exercise for the main events of Napoleon’s life. The battle scenes kept a small amount of interest going but that was about it. What a waste of time these 3 hours of my life were. You’d be better off staying at home and looking out the window.

I didn’t know the storyline before watching it, and I was moved and heartbroken at the murders in the movie which really created a shock moment and became the focal point of the movie.
