Did we not see Guillermo earnestly call the cops? Like before he was let in on the plan? Did that just not happen? cause they act like that didn’t happen and also the cops are never on their way.
I understand why they opened it with that monologue- it’s a great hook but it also removes all stakes from the last 45 minutes. We know she’s gonna kill him. Points for the corkscrew of it all, but I got bored when all the surprises were gone and we knew exactly how it was gonna end.
