This was a load of fun.
Michael Fassbender's George is an intelligence agent looking into a group of his friends/colleagues including his wife Kathryn, played by Cate Blanchett. Who is the traitor!?
It's slick, full of pretty people, in nice houses, wearing lovely clothes (Pierce Brosnan, the oldest of the cast, maybe outdoing them all!). I loved it.
It moves, it's entertaining, go watch it.
Final one from the Nicholas Hoult run of 2024.
What can I say?
It's a good film. It's pretty fucking depressing too. What a time to watch. Looks like Bob could have been patient as the old man said. The people are in place and things are going great for them now.
ANYWAY!
For sure worth a watch.
(Marvel brain activated... I knew Hoult was in this, I didn't know Cyclops was. Hello Tye Sheridan)
Lordy!
I loved it. Great cast. Sexy. Tense.
Tashi Duncan is a bad girl, which is great for us. Maybe not for Art and Patrick...
Go see it.
I find it odd that people are getting so angry at this film.
I read it as a war is bad film. Here it is in a more familiar location. The president isn't a good guy, obviously... but when these journalists are out there trying to do their job and get into a difficult life threatening situation, does it even matter who's side the people they encounter are on?
I didn't love all of the characters, they felt a bit…
