The start felt like a Grand Budapest hotel alternate universe when they used the seal and it had the crossed keys. And Ralph Fiennes still plays a “Hotel manager” style role here in a sense. “Without air” apparently the title in Hungarian has more of a quality of “Running out of air”. Which is an interesting nuance not shown in the translated English title.
