  Been on the watchlist for too long -- glad I finally watched it. I think it deserves the praises it receives. Really liked the non chronological order of events. Loved the film editing a lot.

  The setting of "Where the Crawdads Sing" was undoubtedly a principal element of the plot, and I liked the way it was showcased throughout the film. I did not enjoy the ending. It felt like a rushed, unpolished termination in lieu of a worthwhile closing to the plot. I couldn't help but wonder how tight of a schedule the post-production team must've been on to conclude the film in such an unfulfilling manner.
