I don't know nor understand what happened in this film (apart from a possible "parenting" strand) but that's okay, because I'm just a boy who enjoys a pint (or many pints) from time to time (every weekend give or take).

There's a scene near the beginning where Uncle Ben is looking for jobs in the newspaper. It reminded me that back when this film came out and I first went to see it at the age of three, you had to look up the film times in the newspaper. I felt very old in that moment.
Class film though.

This is not your normal narrative film. It has an almost documentary feel to it. They way it is shot you are made feel complicit in the acts that the film portrays. As if you're standing to the side, watching and doing nothing as they plan and go through the logistics of mass genocide. The final sequence was the most powerful for me.Translated from by
