Wonderful short explanation of the life of poor farmers families in Italys south before and after the first World War. The technique of mixing stop-motion with real life elements and the moments in which Alain Ughetto interacts with his grandma (whose story the movie tells) are very heart-warming.

Visually STUNNING. So many scenes and images had my heart beating so fast, it was incredible to watch. I also absolutly reccomend the BTS video on YouTube, it made me admire many shots even more.
