this was the movie that we chose for the night i met my best friend’s ex boyfriend (but then not really ex boyfriend anymore but then kind of an ex again hut then kinda not but then really an ex now anyway long story) for the first time. her flatmate came home and asked what we were doing. on tv was the scene where the children were all in the backyard barking. i thought that was pretty self-explanatory.

confession: despite being an avid reader i have never been able to get into poetry, but then again i’ve never rated a poem by its danceability so first mistake there.

some very cool scenes but i was too distracted by keanu reeves trying to literally squeeze words out of his asshole for 3 hours straight.
funny how the movie’s name is “john wick” but every other characters are infinitely cooler than the dude himself.
would not have watched this stupid ass bullshit if it wasn’t because we had nothing better to do during the ice storm that made a million people losing power.
one star for some cool scenes and one star for donnie yen.
