What a debut. I wonder what this would've been had Tarkovsky not had to restrict himself due to censorship
The cinematic equivalent of taking a rotting carcass at the peak of it's putridity, stuffing it in an overpriced designer bag, filling the open spaces with fecal matter, and then sealing it in an airtight see-through bag and selling it to people hoping they don't realize what's inside and that the bag is actually a knockoff as well. I guess Fincher was right
How can a movie be better after the third watch?
Highly recommend to anyone that's ever been really passionate about something, especially art.
Must watch for aspiring filmmakers.
