  i love how this movie blends old-fashioned elements with a bit of technology that obviously wouldn’t have existed back then. but it does it in a way that doesn’t feel over-the-top or take the focus away from the movie. the costumes and sets are amazing — they bring back so much childhood nostalgia since this was one of my favorite movies growing up.

  i really like fairy tale adaptations that keep the most important parts of the story without just copying them, and mirror mirror is a perfect example of that!

  this movie was hands down one of the worst cinematic experiences i’ve ever had. the script relies almost entirely on curse words, making mikey madison’s character say fuck, fucking, motherfucker, and are you kidding me? every five minutes. mikey did her best with what she was given, but even that wasn’t enough to save this trainwreck.

  the whole thing is a mess from start to finish, and i’m honestly shocked by how much i hated it. that said, i gotta give credit where it’s due — the costumes and makeup? absolute CUNT 👏
