a really devastating (and also hilarious?) look into what wealth (or the lack thereof) does to people, and how the consequences for stupid decisions are completely different for those in and out of wealth. the big question i have, is did Ani actually love Ivan? did she think Ivan loved her? did she ever think their love was real? or was she acting out of a need/desire to get out of her former position in life? anyway, mikey madison is incredible here and seems like a potential star.
