Towards Zero 2025
as someone who read the novel, i really wanted to like this. but the pace and structure were uneven. this had no business being a three-parter if the first murder occurs at the end of ep 2. consequently, the final episode was rapidly working towards a conclusion that felt unearned (leach declaring that they needed to restart the investigation twice in this time, come on now). nice drone shots of the seaside though. and matthew rhys plays depressed detectives so well, i wish we see him in better written works soon
