Longing for sometime in the past that no longer exists. We all change, and people’s decisions create waves that effect the future in ways they wish were different. No matter what, they all belong where they are at. That includes me, watching this movie in a theater. It was a good mid day watch! Special film that should be watched by most.

The entire vibe of this movie is really nice, the way we live in that canyon with the main characters felt comfortable. The way the "ufo" was just kinda chillin there was super creepy, I loved how quiet it was. The design of the thing was a mix between Diamond Weapon from FF7 and some creature out of Evangelion (I have not seen). The omage to Akira was really well done and awesome. I suck at writing, I would see this movie again.

All parts to make a great film, the set design was some of the best in cinema, and the vibe and tightness of each scene really made me want to explore more of this world and the characters in it.
After hearing about this film experimenting with the "male gaze" I was certainly enlightened to that perspective.
The main character was sloshing around the plot, similar to a buoy in high tide.
I loved how the story added cell phones to the plot, nice touch.
    I would watch it again!

I enjoyed this film for the most part. I liked how it blended the creation of itself into the story. I learned a lot about Body Camera's that police use, and how the traversal of Venus was the event that initially sparked the moving image. It lead me to think what other things humans invented for a separate purpose from what they were originally meant. Very cool images and editing. There were a few audio/sound design choices I thought were…
