    Bulbbul

    ★★★½

Bulbbul gripped me from the start, pulling me deeper into its dark, unsettling world. Watching Bulbbul’s journey—from innocence stolen to fierce, unrelenting power—felt like witnessing her reclaim everything she was denied. The blood-red skies and eerie shadows mirrored her rage and sorrow, creating an atmosphere that felt oppressive and strangely liberating all at once. It’s a story that unsettled me, lingering long after, as if her fury had found a place within me too.

    ★★★½

Aval totally pulled me in—it’s creepy in all the right ways! Siddharth as Dr. Krishnakanth is fantastic; he’s calm, smart, but you can tell he’s just as freaked out as we are. That old mansion and the ghostly shadows lurking around every corner give it this classic horror vibe that keeps you on edge. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be this spooky, but it really delivers on the chills!

    ★★★

Tumbbad pulled me in from the start with its dark atmosphere and constant rain, setting the tone for a story that feels both ancient and deeply unsettling. It took a bit of searching to find it streaming, but the effort paid off. The film’s visuals are incredible, drawing you right into the cursed village and its eerie folklore. What makes it truly haunting isn’t just the supernatural elements but the way it explores human greed. It’s one of those films that sticks with you long after the credits roll.  Great twist.

    Fright Night

    ★★★★½

I really enjoyed the Fright Night remake because it kept the same eerie vibe as the original but felt more modern and intense. Colin Farrell nailed it as the creepy vampire next door, giving the character a sinister edge that had me on edge the whole time. David Tennant’s portrayal of Peter Vincent was a fun twist, bringing humor and charm to the role, even though his character was a bit darker than I expected, excellent portrayal. While I missed…
