  Hooked me with an interesting concept cuz I wholeheartedly agree with Mr. Reed about religion. BUT this movie didn’t build up tension well enough and the end definitely didn’t stick the landing cuz they grazed over the parts that were actually compelling. Also that’s a really dumb cameo for Topher Grace.

  Has Rob Pattinson’s voice always sounded so dorky?? On the other hand, Mickey 18 sounded like The Batman. Didn’t really know what to expect with this one but I’m a sauce girl myself, so came away full and happy. Bong Joon Ho is so silly!!!

  50 Shades of Gray is like a dictionary definition/lab manufactured version of a dom/sub relationship; dare I say “vanilla” in comparison to this?? Difficult to articulate why this movie feels liberating and poignant, but it does. Initially went into this movie feeling super skeptical of Nicole Kidman about whether I could see past her stardom and suspend my disbelief of her as Romy. She killed it!!! The ending wrapped up a little too neatly, but we couldn’t end on Antonio Banderas having a panic attack now could we?!
