Well, it’s not good. In fact, it is most definitely bad. If Sony didn’t make this as some sort of attempt to hold onto Spider-Man rights, then I don’t understand what the reasoning was. No one asked for it, there was a resounding “no thank you” when it was announced, and the character in the movie resembles the character from the comics in almost no way at all. “Why”, is the only thing that can be said after watching this garbage.

Better Man 2024
The musical numbers in Better Man, and the gimmick of Robbie Williams being represented by a chimp in his own story, give a typical biopic a little extra flair, but if you don’t have any pre-existing connection to the music, you might have a hard time getting into this film.

Salem's Lot 2024
Salem’s Lot is the shortest of the three adaptations of this classic Stephen King book, which works against it in some ways, and benefits it in others. It does, at times, feel like it’s rushed or missing scenes, but it’s still fun, light on its feet, and filled with inventive cinematography. If you’re a fan of this story, definitely check it out, but don’t expect all the nuances of the original text.
