so so beautiful the way they told her story and honored her memory. i love the involvement of her parents in the production of the documentary (too many times documentaries have come out about murders or people in the public eye and not honored their family’s wishes). i also like that much of the documentary’s purpose was to spread awareness about domestic violence, of course also to honor gabby’s memory but there are a lot of resources and information included.…

oh to be a little boy in a newsies hat climbing atop a giant star that just landed on the moon, accompanied by his father and grandfather (speaking to each other in what seems to be simlish). i loved every intricate, well thought out detail. every single bit of this movie feels like my fourth birthday for some reason? like for a reason i cannot explain. the feeling i got from this movie is the same feeling as i had on my fourth birthday when my grandma gave me a dog purse and a canopy for my bed and i was so so happy.
