  A lot of making out, sweat, slow-mo and heavy handed symbolism. And Tennis. Was still engrossed though! 

  Also so sorry but I don’t think this is THE pivotal Zendaya movie. Unfortunately I think it’s the fellas that are acting their little hearts out in this one. Not Zendaya’s fault that her character wasn’t particularly compelling! Her epicness was simply under-utilised! It was like Tashi was supposed to have this extreme magnetism and power but she was just as weak as her white boys. But now I feel dumb for saying that because maybe that was part of the point…? Gah, whatever.
