See no evil 2 lacks all or any substance. Most of the film is flashbacks to either the first film or to things that happened 45 seconds ago.
The film seems to make an active choice you avoid any kind of tension, development or meaning as so many times the opportunity presents itself but the film whips straight past it.
See no evil 2 does manage to have half decent kills and some kinda okay shots which make it goofy…

My Bloody Valentine 2009
Silly campy fun. This film takes its self way too seriously but it kinda ads to the charm. You can predict the twist within 30 seconds and spend the rest of the film enjoying some fantastic kills, questionable character arcs and way more nudity than is necessary for this just above average 2000s slasher remake.

Classic campy horror which holds up incredibly well. The film feels a hell of a lot less dated than you would expect. Super fun from start to finish with great pacing, good acting, a few laughs and enough kills to make it timelessly enjoyable.
