  You ever watch a movie so beautiful you want to CRY???

  Also towards the end of the first half my parents came home and started running commentary 😭.
  They were like “omg you’ve never seen The Sound of Music” Like omg is that not your guys fault ⁉️⁉️⁉️ 🧐 should’ve sat me down as a baby and put me on 🙄.

  Death Becomes Her 1992

  This movie is HILARIOUS.

  I love the heightened reality, like it does such a good job of gradually prepping you for how insane things are gonna get.

  Meryl Streep is so so entertaining like I loved every second of her. Like the faces she makes and her little flourishes and gestures, I’m obsessed.

  Based on this, I feel like I would really like, “But I’m a cheerleader” as well.

  Jo saying If she was a boy she’d want to look like Laurie hello??? I’m obsessed with whatever they’ve got going on.

  My god the 2019 version did some serious heavy lifting to make the whole Laurie-Amy thing believable bc that shit comes right tf out of nowhere in this.

  While I do respect the artistic choice to have them always be played by adults in the 2019 version, I won’t lie, having Amy be played by an actual kid…
