  Clearly the movie is about fatherhood which is shown by Sydney almost adopting jack,clementine and jimmy  in a way Clementine responds by putting herself down anytime she thinks she’s done wrong just for Sydney to pick her up by positively reaffirming her, and Jack just wants to be Sydney completely .hell even jimmy looks up to him in an almost father like way .   Like any other Eggers movie the sound is amazing . Super dense and very fitting. Obviously the shots were beautiful . I particularly enjoyed the shots in the dream sequences . And ones involving Thomas walking through the mountains . He’s so small in comparison to the mountains (obviously) but it paints a picture of how little he knows of what’s going on around him .
