This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I don't know why but the last 20 minutes really sold me on this movie. Also somehow this was the movie that got me to appreciate the true beauty of over the top gratuitous gore.

Watching this in 2023 is very interesting because all throughout the movie you're going "ohhhhhh THIS is what that was a reference to".
It's a very well-put together movie but honestly roughly 40 minutes of its 2.5 hour runtime are entirely unwatchable unless you're high, and even then you're fighting the urge to skip.
