  emily mortimer and sally hawkins definitely bring different kinds of warmth to the series, and i enjoy both of their performances. for me, watching sally hawkins play mrs. brown always brings out this tender warmth (and melancholy with those eyes!), while emily mortimer gives off a brighter, more cheerful warmth to the character. and paddington, you are the loveliest bear :(

  second time celebrating the 10th anniv and i feel sick. the theater packed, people clapping at the end, hans zimmer's score, the gargantua, the fucking docking scene. this has been a journey and im just so so glad to have experienced it in imax.
