  My Year of Dicks 2022

  A visual feast for the eyes in which a teenager recounts her quest to lose her virginity. It's incredibly well written and the various animation styles it uses makes even the generic anime/manga style work by using it to tearfully recount the time no one believed that Big Bird's best friend existed. I'd share my favorite quote but there's so damn many that I couldn't bear to choose between them.

  A miserable romance between two people so toxic and manipulative that poisoning a omelet is treated like an act of seduction. I hate these people and I do not want to see them happy.

  It's not that funny or even that substantial and yet the animation was way better than I expected, the voicework was pretty good, and the songs weren't terrible.

  'Animalympics' is an anamoly, something that mostly exists for trivia buffs.
