Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince 2009
Damn, I remembered this one better than it was. It almost feels like it relies on the viewer to have read the book, which I have but that’s not a good way to make a movie. Many characters and plot lines aren’t given time to develop meaningfully, most egregiously Ginny and Harry’s relationship. There is a bunch of strange film editing, there is a weird green tint on most of it. There are some good scenes but maybe the worst of the movies.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix 2007
The first scene and the fight scene in the ministry are good, but the rest of the movie is inconsistent. I think the best things about this movie are some technical aspects, the sound design and score in particular. Some of the weak world building really starts getting exposed in this one though.
