  In the land of “movie casting being dependent on if you can be bald”, Donald Pleasance is king. 

  Watch out for the 283. 

  If the only black people in your movie are holograms and everything else is white, you might be racist.

  Don’t rate this over 4.7!

  Brad Pitt from 12 Monkeys went back in time just to inhabit Donald Pleasance’s body during the shooting. 

  Too much of the 345.

  I wonder what this movie looked like before George Lucas…

  The concept of a prequel to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory felt like a sacrilegious affront to my childhood author whom I loved so much. I still have a bad taste in my mouth after that Tim Burton abomination.

  It therefore came as a shock to me how much I enjoyed this film in so many ways. The story felt like something Roald Dahl would write. Chalamet played a Wonka that was definitely cooky, but he wasn’t outright mad…
