Never Let Me Go 2010
watching this having read the book beforehand was a mistake. some of the most touching and pivotal moments in the book weren’t incorporated or quickly covered. there was poor characterisation making it impossible to connect or even care abt the characters. also the loud strings were distracting especially during the most monumental parts of the story. overall disappointed in the film especially with comparison to kazuo ishiguro’s novel ’never let me go’.
